Roll-A-Story Halloween Theme

One October day Meredith and me went to a pumpkin patch. We had fun and picked pumpkins all day!! Until it started to get dark and the pumpkin patch closed. As we were leaving I noticed my phone was missing and assumed it was by the hay maze, so we went back to go get it. Suddenly we heard a big THUD!! The sound of gates were closing. We screamed for help but there was no answer. To make matters worse it was a full moon. Then it started pounding rain. POUND, POUND, POUND!! We raced to get my phone but it was too late! My phone was soaked and wouldn’t even turn on!! Then suddenly we heard a moaning sound. We thought it was a worker, so we ran towards the sound. It got really loud and we realized it was a mummy!! “RUN”,I screamed loudly. So we ran and hid. The mummy was charging towards us, so we quickly turned a corner and hid. Then just when we thought the mummy was gone Meredith whispered,”Hey Abby I have to toot’, she said.” How funny I have to toot too”! So I decided to count to three,one two,three Boom! We both tooted at the same time and it sounded like fireworks had just gone off. It smelled like a garbage can. Then suddenly we heard a clomping sound. So we both decided… we were going to pull the bandage off the mummy. As soon as we saw the mummy we hid and the jumped out at him and pulled the bandage off. It turns out it was toilet paper, as we pulled more and more we realized it was Mr. Mac trying to scare us!! So we asked him to walk us home. We told Mr. Mac thank you and had an amazing sleepover. We had a great time and we even watched Neatflix! So, that was the scariest time of our lives.
